The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳12,000 in bets must be placed on a ৳1,200 bonus. Winnings earned from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse related to any bonus is found, the account will be closed.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated at the same time, unless the relevant offer states otherwise.

VIP Cashback Program Terms

The 499bet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Progression through VIP tiers is determined by overall activity.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 499bet reserves the right to declare a bet void or cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.

Odds Changes and Match Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed in the specified manner, a decision will be made on the relevant bet in accordance with 499bet's general rules. For multi-bets, the cancelled selection will be removed and the new combined odds of the remaining selections will apply.

Match Fixing and Fraud

If a bet is identified as being connected to match fixing, sports manipulation, or any dishonest activity, that bet will be cancelled and the relevant account will be closed. 499bet actively monitors for such activity and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Technical Issues and Disconnections

499bet will not be held responsible for internet disconnections or device problems that occur during a game or bet. In casino games, results are determined according to server-side logs — screenshots or claims from the client side are not accepted as sole evidence.

Limit-Setting Options
